“Dance Library“ provides also the service where a book can be translated and published into Greek. Also, the company distributes books published by other publishing houses. If you are interested in certain books of other interest, for example, books on Olympic Games, Greek Antiquity, we are happy to look for and deliver the books to you.
Dance Library is the official editor of CID the International Dance Council – the UNESCO official umbrella organization for all forms of dance in all countries of the world.
As a member of CID in good standing you are entitled to use “Member of the International Dance Council CID” on your stationery, visiting card, school entrance, brochures. You can take part in CID projects, events and meetings and prepare activities in your country and common projects with other countries.
Also as a member and collaborator of the GREEK DANCES THEATRE “DORA STRATOU” we can organize a seminar for you in Greece at the worth seeing theatre “Dora Stratou” located at the center of Athens near Acropolis at Filopappou hill.
At present, there is available a handful of interesting books and articles in English with special emphasis to Greek traditional dance. There is also a big collection of CDs with Greek traditional music.
